【摘要】 目的:探讨基因重组γ-干扰素(rIFN-#)治疗毛细支气管炎的效果。方法:将年龄组段相近、体重相近、性别相同、喘憋程度相近、并发症相近的患儿量量配对,再按随机的方法将其分为两组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组为治疗组。治疗组应用基因重组$-干扰素(rIFN-%),剂量5万IU/(kg.d),im,qd×4。对照组应用病毒唑,剂量15mg/(kg.d),im,qd×4。其他治疗两组均相同。结果:(1)治疗效果:治疗组显著有效16例,有效10例,无效2例;对照组显著有效3例,有效11例,无效14例。U=4.22、P<0.01,两组具有显著性差异。(2)两组治疗前后血清总LgE变化:治疗组治疗前后患儿血清总LgE分别为(5.01±0.48)mg/L、(0.55±0.07)mg/L,t=48.65,P<0.01,具有显著性差异。对照组治疗前后患儿血清总LgE分别为(5.05±0.51)mg/L、(4.89±0.47)mg/L,t=1.19,P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论:rIFN-&治疗毛细支气管炎的效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To appraise therapeutic effect of the bronchiolitis were treated with recombinant interferon gamma(rIFN-γ).Methods:There were 56 cases infected with bronchiolitis.they were divided into 2 groups according to ramdomized block design floowing the age phase,sex,weight,asthmaseriousness,complication,were identical or resembie.Group1(28 cases) was treated,group2(28 cases) was controlled.Group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were treated to use the single blind method.Treat group were used rIFN-γ,dosage was 50 000IU/(kg·d),im,qd×4.Control group were used virazole,dosage was 15mg/(kg·d)×4.Other treatment were no difference between treat group and control group.Results:(1) Clinical effect:Treat group:marked effect 16 case,effect 10 case,effect failure 2 case.control group: marked effect 3 case,effect 11 case,effect failure 14 case.Ridit analysis,U=4.22、P <0.01,there were marked difference between treat group and control group.(2) The mean level of serum total LgE antibodies in the treat group and control group treated by the front and back:The mean level of serum total LgE antibodies in treat group treated by the front and back(5.01±0.48)mg/L and(0.55±0.07)mg/L),t =48.65、P <0.01,there were marked difference in treat group treated by the front and back.The mean level of serum total LgE antibodies in control group treated by the front and back(5.05±0.51)mg/L and(4.89±0.47)mg/L,t=1.19、P>0.05,there were no marked difference in control group treated by the front and back.Conclusion:Therapeutic marked effect of the bronchiolitis were treated with recombinant interferon gamma(rIFN-γ).更多还原
