【摘要】 目的:研究慢性肝炎瘀血阻络证的临床症状、体征,以探求慢性肝炎瘀血阻络证的临床诊断要点。方法:根据临床辨证和诊断选择慢性肝炎患者90例,按中医辨证分瘀血阻络证、肝郁脾虚证、湿热中阻证,每组各30例,观察各组病人胁肋胀闷疼痛、面色、口渴、饮食、乏力、恶心、二便、舌象、脉象等临床症状和体征。结果:慢性肝炎瘀血阻络证的主要临床症状及体征为:面色晦暗,或见赤娄红丝,肝脾肿大,质地较硬,蜘蛛痣,肝掌,女子行经腹痛,经水色暗有块,舌质暗或有瘀斑,脉沉细涩。中医证型与西医临床分类的关系:瘀血阻络证组重度占93.33%,明显高于肝郁脾虚证组的10.00%和湿热中阻证组的13.33%(P<0.01)。结论:瘀血阻络证是慢性肝炎的主要证型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Study the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the blood-stasis obstruction syndrome of chronic hepatitis and explore the diagnostic indexes of the blood-stasis obstruction syndrome of chronic hepatitis.Methods:90 patients suffering from chronic hepatitis were divided into 3 groups according to clinical differentiation of signs and correct diagnosis,including blood-stasis obstruction syndrome group(30 cases),liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome group(30 cases) and middle energizer dampness-heat(30 cases).the clinical symptoms and physical signs including hypochondriac distersian and pain,complexion,thirsty,appetite,lassitude,nausea,excrement and urina,lingual and pulse picture were observed.Results:The main symptoms of the blood-stasis obstruction syndrome of chronic hepatitis were:Opaque complexion,splenomegaly and hepatomegaly with rough texture,spider angioma,liver palms,dysmenorrheal,opaque and macule tongue,deep and thin and rough pulse.The correlation of TCM synclrome and west medicine clinical classification is the proportion of sever chronic hepatitis in the group of syndrome of blood-stasis obstruction(93.33%)was markedly higher than that in the group of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(10.00%) and group of middle energizer dampness-heat syndrome(13.33%)(p<0.01).Conclusion:blood-stasis obstruction syndrome is the main syndrome of chronic hepatitis.更多还原
