【摘要】 目的探讨不同产地牡丹皮(安微铜陵产凤丹皮和云南昆明产滇丹皮)提取物的降血脂药理作用研究并评价其对血液流变学指标的影响,对其药效作用进行比较。方法建立大鼠高脂血症动物模型,同时给予丹皮提取物进行灌胃给药28 d,末次给药后取血检测血清中血脂水平和血液流变学指标。结果模型组高脂血症大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及血液流变学指标全血粘度(ηb)、血浆粘度(ηp)、血小板聚集率(PA)及纤维蛋白原(F ib)较正常组明显升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,道地药材凤丹皮提取物组TC,LDL-C,ηb(50 s-1),ηp,PA,F ib明显降低(P<0.05),降低TG但无显著性差异(P>0.05);滇丹皮提取物组LDL-C、F ib明显降低(P<0.05),TC和TG亦有降低趋势,但与其他指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同产地牡丹皮降血脂药效不同,在药材选用上,应结合此特点加以区别和质控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-hyperlipidemia effects of extracts from different species of Cortex Moutan(mainly derived from P.sufruticosa Anhui and P.delavayi Yunnan) in rats.Methods In this study,the extracts were administered i.g.into fatemulsion-induced hyperlipidemia model rats for 28 days.The serum TC,TG,LDL-C and hemorheology indices were determined after the last administration.Results The TG,TC,LDL-C,ηb,ηp,PA,Fib of the hyperlipidemia rats in the control group were increased significantly(vs.normal,P<0.05).The P.sufruticosa extracts decreased TC,LDL-C,ηb(50s-1),ηp,PA and Fib significantly(vs.control,P<0.05);P.delavayi extracts decreased LDL-C and Fib significantly(vs.control,P<0.05),but tended to decrease other indices(e.g.TC and TG) without significant difference(vs.control,P>0.05).Conclusion The extracts from different species of Cortex Moutan show different anti-hyperlipidemia effects in rats,which should be taken into account in their application and quality control.更多还原
