【摘要】 目的从槟榔9种提取物中体外筛选出抗柯萨奇病毒B3,单纯疱疹病毒1型活性成分,从其中3种提取物中体外筛选出抗乙型肝炎病毒的活性成分。方法通过观察药物毒性、病毒引起的细胞病变效应、MTT法,判断药物毒性及药物抗病毒效应。结果槟榔9种提取物对Hela,Vero细胞具有一定的毒性,而无抗病毒活性,3种提取物不能有效地抑制HepG2.2.15细胞HBeAg的表达。结论槟榔9种提取物体外无抗柯萨奇病毒B3、单纯疱疹病毒1型的作用,3种提取物体外无抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To screen nine extracts of Areca catechu L.for anti-Coxackievirus B3,HSV-1 and three extracts of Areca catechu L.for anti-HBV in vitro.Methods The toxic and antiviral effect was evaluated by observing toxic effect,cytopathic effect(CPE),MTT colorimetric assay for vital cell rate.Results Nine extracts had certain toxic effects on Hela and Vero cells in vitro,but they had no antiviral activities.Three extracts of Areca catechu L.could not inhibit the expression of HepG2.2.15 cell’s HBeAg.Conclusion Nine extracts of Areca catechu L.have no effect of anti-Coxackievirus B3,HSV-1 and three extracts of Areca catechu L.have no anti-HBV in vitro.更多还原
