列精海鞘化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的研究列精海鞘Amaroucium sp.的化学成分。方法采用多种分离技术对列精海鞘乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位分离纯化,根据其理化数据和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,结构鉴定为尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、尿嘧啶核苷、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷和胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷。结论以上5个化合物均为首次从该海洋动物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of ascidian Amaroucium sp.Methods The n-BuOH-soluble fraction from EtOH extracts of the ascidian was partitioned and purified by means of several separation methods.Their structures were elucidated by physical and spectral data.Results Five compounds,uracil,thymine,uradine,2’-deoxyuracine and thymidine were isolated.Conclusion All compounds were obtained from this species for the first time.
