三七总皂苷对快速老化小鼠SAMP8大脑β-淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白表达的影响
Inhibitive Effects of Panax Notoginseng on Expression of APP Protein in SAMP8 Mouse Brain
【摘要】 目的探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对快速老化小鼠SAMP8β-淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白(APP)表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,在高倍显微镜下随机选取小鼠大脑顶叶皮层和海马周围白质连续五个视野,并计数五个视野APP免疫阳性细胞平均个数。结果PNS能明显减少快速老化小鼠大脑APP阳性细胞数量。结论PNS对SAMP8 APP的表达有明显抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of total saponins of Panax notoginseng on expression of APP protein in SAMP8 mouse brain.Methods Amount of APP immuno-positive neurons was detected in parietal cortex and hippocampus in their brains under high power lens by immunohistochemical analysis.Results PNS could reduce the amount of APP immuno-positive neurons in parietal cortex and hippocampus.Conclusion PNS has an inhibitory effect on the expression of APP protein in SAMP8 mice.
