灯盏花素改善D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳的作用研究
Effects of Breviscapine on Fatigue Induced by D-galactose in Mice
【摘要】 目的研究灯盏花素(Breviscapine)对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳的改善作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射(Introperitonealinjection,ip)120 mg/kg D-半乳糖48 d制备衰老模型,通过小鼠自主活动和游泳负重实验,评价灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳的作用。结果D-半乳糖明显引起小鼠出现疲劳症状,与空白对照组相比,D-半乳糖组小鼠(120 mg/kg,ip,48 d)自主活动次数和负重游泳时间显著降低。5,10和20 mg/kg灯盏花素不同程度地降低D-半乳糖引起小鼠上述疲劳症状。结论灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳症状有明显的改善作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the improving effects of breviscapine on fatigue induced by D-galactose in mice.Methods The aging model of mice was produced by introperitoneal injection of 120 mg/kg D-galactose for 48 d.The anti-fatigue effects of breviscapine were assessed by the mice of automatic action and experiment of swimming with weight.Results D-galactose(120 mg/kg,ip,48 d) significantly caused fatigue symptoms in mice.Compared with control group mice,the D-galactose mice showed a lowered automatic action number and a shortened swimming time with weight.5,10 and 20 mg/kg breviscapine markedly improved the above fatigue symptoms in D-galactose rats in different degree.Conclusion Breviscapine can ameliorate fatigues induced by D-galactose in mice.
