【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定黄杨宁片中环维黄杨星D的含量。方法环维黄杨星D与异氰酸苯酯反应后,用RP-HPLC测定,色谱柱为ODS-C18柱;流动相为甲醇-水(84∶16);检测波长:234 nm。结果衍生化反应在23.03~53.73μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.9998(n=5),回收率均值96.1%,重复性好。结论该法准确,可靠,专属性强,可用于黄杨宁片中环维黄杨星D的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of Cyclovirobuxine D in HuangYangNing tablets.Methods Cyclovirobuxine D reacted with a derivative reagent phenyl isocyanate in chloroform.The analysis was carried out on C18 column,the mobile phase was methanol-water(86∶14),and the detection wavelength was at 234 nm.Results Good linearity was obtained from 23.03 μg·ml-1 to 53.73 μg·ml-1 of cyclovirobuxine D derivatives with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8.The average recovery was 96.1%,RSD=1.5%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of Huangyangning tablets.更多还原
