【摘要】 目的观察瑶药"猛老虎"对大鼠免疫性肝纤维化的影响。方法采用猪血清腹腔注射建立大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型,观察"猛老虎"对实验大鼠血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。结果"猛老虎"醋酸乙酯部位(尤其是高剂量组)能明显减少大鼠血清中PCⅢ,LN,HA和TNF-α的含量,促进IFN-γ的增加,效果与秋水仙碱相当。结论"猛老虎"具有抗肝纤维化作用,其抗肝纤维化活性的有效部位主要存在于醋酸乙酯部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of "MengLaoHu" on the hepatic fibrosis rats.Methods The model rats of hepatic fibrosis were induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum,and the effect of "MengLaoHu" on PCⅢ,LN,HA,IFN-γ and TNF-α in rat was observed.Results Ethyl acetate part of "MengLaoHu"(especially in the high dose group) could decrease the contents of PCⅢ,LN,HA,IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum,and increase the content of IFN-γ.Its effect was equivalent to that of the colchicine.Conclusion Effective part in "MengLaoHu" of anti-hepatic fibrosis mainly exists in Ethyl acetate part.更多还原
