【摘要】 目的研究川楝子药材专属性对照品并对药材进行鉴别。方法采用水提、醋酸乙酯萃取,氨试液除去杂质,以川楝素为对照,采用薄层分离法对12批川楝子药材进行鉴别。结果12批药材均检出川楝素。结论方法简单、可靠、重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the special contrast sample of Fructus Toosendan and identify the medicinal materias.MethodsThe medicinal materias were extracted by water and ethylacetate,and purified by ammonia solution on contrast of toosendan,twelve batches of medicinal materials were identified by TLC.ResultsToosendanin was found in every batch of medicinal materias.ConclusionThe method is simple,reliable and stable.更多还原
