灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用
Improving Effects of Breviscapine on Memory Deficites Induced by D-galactose in Mice
【摘要】 目的研究灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠衰老的改善作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射120 mg/kg D-半乳糖48 d制备衰老模型,通过小鼠学习/记忆能力及胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的脏器指数的测定,评价灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠衰老的作用。结果D-半乳糖明显引起小鼠衰老症状,与空白对照组相比,D-半乳糖组小鼠(120 mg/kg,ip,47~48 d)学习/记忆能力显著降低,胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的脏器指数也明显异常改变。5,10和20 mg/kg灯盏花素不同程度地改善D-半乳糖引起小鼠上述衰老症状。结论灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠学习记忆障碍有明显的改善作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the improving effects of breviscapine(Bre) on aging induced by D-galactose in mice.Methods The aging model of mice was made by introperitoneal injection of 120 mg/kg D-galactose for 48 d.The anti-aging effects of Bre were evaluated by the learning and memory ability,thymus,spleen and testicle index measurements.Results D-galactose(120 mg/kg,ip,47~48 d) significantly resulted in the senescent symptoms in mice.Compared with control group,the D-galactose mice could decrease learning and induce the memory ability,and induce the abnormal changes of thymus,spleen and testicle index.5,10 and 20 mg/kg Bre significantly improved the above abnormal alterations in different degree induced by D-galactose.Conclusion Bre has significant improving effects on memory deficits induced by D-galactose in mice.
