【摘要】 目的研究夏天无药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供实践方法和参考数据。方法采用Hypersil BDSC18柱,(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(30∶70,每100 ml中加入pH6.0醋酸/醋酸铵缓冲液3 ml)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 min.min-1;在281 nm波长下检测,测定10批次同一产地夏天无药材,并运用计算机辅助相似性评价系统计算图谱之间的相似度。结果10批夏天无药材指纹图谱之间的相似度很高。结论该方法重现性好,具有一定的专属性,可作为夏天无药材鉴别的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis.Methods HPLC with Hypersil BDS column was used with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 281nm.Ten batches of Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis from the same producing areas were analyzed to establish a fingerprint.The similarity in fingerprint was calculated by computer-aided similarity appraising system.Results All of the 10 batches of samples share a high similarity.Conclusion The method is reproducible and exclusive.It may provide the basis for identifying Xiatianwu.更多还原
