【摘要】 目的探讨知母的体外抑菌作用。方法用K—B纸片扩散法。采用100%知母浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果知母对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论知母在体外有明显的抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the in vitro growth inhibitiory effect of AAB on bacteria.Methods K-B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% AAB water extract.We observed the inhibitory effect of circular filter paper pieces of AAB on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis、P.aeruginosa、E.coli、S.typhi、α-hemolytic streptococcus、β-hemolytic streptococcus.ResultsIt had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.ConclusionAAB has significant effect of in vitro growth inhibition on bacteria.更多还原
