【摘要】 目的研究福宁消溶排石散对实验性大鼠草酸钙结石形成的影响。方法以乙二醇加氯化氨喂饮雄性Wistar诱导肾结石模型,同时口服给予福宁消溶排石散,4周后检测各组大鼠尿钙、血钙、肾钙含量、肾草酸、尿草酸含量变化及观察肾组织病理切片变化。结果和成石组相比,福宁消溶排石散能降低大鼠尿总钙、肾钙、肾草酸和尿草酸含量,病理切片显示给药组草酸钙结晶明显减少。结论福宁消溶排石散能明显抑制实验性大鼠草酸钙结石形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Funing XiaoRongPaiShi powder on the calcium oxalate stone formation in experimental rats.MethodsThe model of kidney stone was induced by 1% ethylence and 3% ammonium,chloride ad the rats histological were given Funing XiaoRongPaiShi powder.All rats were bred for 4 weeks.The contents of urinary calcium,serum calcium,the renal calcium,renal tissue calcium and renal tissue oxalic acid were detected.The changes of kidney were observed.ResultsIn the high dose,low dose Funing XiaoRongPaiShi powder and ShenShiTong groups,the contents of oxalic acid and the calcium in kidney,the contents of urinary calcium,urinary oxalic acid were significantly lower than that in the stone forming.The renal calcium oxalate crystallization were obviously reduced compared with the stone forming group.Conclusion Funing XiaoRongPaiShi powder can inhibit calcium oxalate stone formation in experimental rats.更多还原
