【摘要】 目的研究萝藦科植物三分丹的显微特征。方法利用显微镜观察其根、茎的横切面结构组织与根粉末特征。结果三分丹的根维管束周韧型,茎维管束为双韧型,三分丹根粉末中淀粉粒极多,石细胞纹孔明显,草酸钙簇晶多见,这些均可作为其显微特征。结论可为制定药材质量标准提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To researh the microscopic characteristics of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc..Methods We surveyed and distinguished microscopic characteristics of the transverse section and the powder.Results The root of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc.had amphicribral vascular bundle,however steme had bicollateral vascular bundle.We could see many starch gain,stone cells whose pits were clear,and many calcium oxalate crystals in the root power of Tylophora atrolliculata Metc..These could be regarded as identification characteristics.Conclusion It can provide theoretical basis for eatablishing quality standard.更多还原
