【摘要】 目的应用初均速法及计算机处理方法研究中药制剂的稳定性。方法采用初均速法,在不同温度下进行恒温加速实验,测得中药制剂的稳定性数据。应用power Bu ilder语言编制出计算程序并处理数据。结果建立了直线回归方程,算出了相关系数,预测出药物的稳定性。结论计算机处理稳定性数据的方法既准确又快捷,该程序可推广到其他应用初均速法预测药物稳定性的数据处理中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the stability data of drugs measured with initial average rate method and computer program.Methods Isothermal acceleration test at different temperature was taken with initial average rate method.The stability data of drugs was measured.Computer programmed power Builder was applied to these data.Results Equation of linear regression was established.Coefficient of Conclusion Stability data with computer processing method are quick and precise.This program can be extended to other application for predicting stability of other drugs.更多还原
