【摘要】 目的测定海南产中药材中重金属汞的含量水平并对其潜在健康风险进行分析。方法采用高压密封消解-冷原子荧光光谱法,对海南产10种中药材巴戟天、胡椒根、灵芝、砂仁、益智、槟榔、广藿香、珍珠、海藻、海马中汞含量进行了测定。结果海南产10种中药材样品中汞含量处于0.006 1~0.066μg.g-1之间,且都小于0.20μg.g-1。结论所有受检样品汞含量指标均符合中国商务部《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(WM/T2-2004)要求,海南产中药材汞的健康风险性低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the potential healthy risk of mercury from ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal materias produced in Hainan Island of China,including Morinba officinalis How, Piper nigrum L.,Genoderma lucidum Karst,Amomum villosum Lour.,Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.,Areca catechu L.,Pogostemon cablin Benth,Pteria martensii Dunker,Sargassum pallidum C.Ag.and Hippocoampus kelloggi Jordan et Snyder.Methods Cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with pressurized sample digestion was used to determine the contents.Results The determination results(n=8)of mercury for 10 kinds of TCMs were Morinba officinalis How,0.021 μg·g-1; Piper nigrum L.,0.066 μg·g-1;Genoderma lucidum Karst,0.027 μg·g-1;Amomum villosum Lour.,0.023 μg·g-1;Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.,0.017 μg·g-1;Areca catechu L.,0.034 μg·g-1;Pogostemon cablin Benth.,0.006 1 μg·g-1;Pteria martensii Dunker,0.017 μg·g-1;Sargassum pallidum C.Ag.,0.014 μg·g-1;Hippocoampus kelloggi Jordan et Snyder,0.028 μg·g-1,and all data were lower than 0.20 μg·g-1.Conclusion The data revealed that mercury contents for all the test samples of the above-mentioned 10 medicinal materias meet the requirement listed in Green Trade Standards of Importing & Exporting Medicinal plants & Preparations(WM/T2-2004,China),and the healthy risk of mercury for 10 kinds of TCMs is low.更多还原
