山梨猕猴桃根提取物抗肿瘤活性研究

【摘要】 目的从山梨猕猴桃根中筛选抗肿瘤活性成分。方法采用MTT法、细胞集落形成法筛选山梨猕猴桃根提取物的抗肿瘤活性成分。结果山梨猕猴桃根提取物用集落形成法R6,R8对胃癌细胞株SGC7901、白血病细胞株L1210、神经性肿瘤细胞株NG108-15、肝癌细胞株Bele7404的增殖有抑制作用;用MTT法对NG108-15,SGC7901的增殖有抑制作用。山梨猕猴桃根两种提取物(R6,R8)对脾淋巴细胞没有免疫毒性。结论山梨猕猴桃根提物R6,R8有抗肿瘤活性。

【Abstract】 Objective To screen the anti-tumor active components extracted from roots of A.rufa Planch.Methods The anti-tumor activity of the components extracted from roots of A.rufa Planch was determined by MTT and clone cells assay.Results R6,R8 extracted from roots of A.rufa Planch could restrain the cell proliferation in the stomach carcinoma SGC7901,lymphocytic leukemia L1210,mouse neuroblastomax rat gliom hybrid NG108-15,and human hepatocellular carcinoma Bele7404 cell strain by clone cells and restrain the cell SGC7901,NG108-15 cell strain by MTT.2 kinds of extracts(R6,R8) had no immunity toxicity to the lymphocyte in spleen.Conclusion The results show that R6,R8 extracted from roots of A.rufa Planch have the anti-tumor activity.
