【摘要】 目的探讨抑肝纤及拆方对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织TGF-β1,PAI-1蛋白表达的影响。方法采用四氯化碳(CC l4)法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,应用免疫组化方法观察抑肝纤及拆方对肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织TGF-β1,PAI-1表达的影响。结果各组动物治疗后,肝组织TGF-β1,PAI-1蛋白表达量均有不同程度的降低,其中抑肝纤全方组较其他用药组下降明显。结论中药复方抑肝纤及拆方可有效防治大鼠肝纤维化,尤以抑肝纤全方作用最佳,其作用机制可能是通过抑制肝纤维化组织TGF-β1,PAI-1蛋白的表达实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of Yiganxian decoction and its separated decoction on the expression of TGF-β1 and PAI-1 protein in liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods Liver fibrosis model rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride,the expression and localization of TGF-β1 and PAI-1 in liver tissue were analysed by the method of immunohistochemistry.Results After treatment with medication,the positive expression of TGF-β1 and PAI-1 protein in liver tissue was decreased at different levels.Yiganxian decoction was better than other groups.Conclusion Yiganxian decoction and its separated decoction can effectively prevent and treat the liver fibrosis in rat model.Yiganxian decoction is the most effective.Its mechanism may be related with inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1 and PAI-1 in liver fibrosis tissue.更多还原
