【摘要】 目的建立宁夏苦豆子根的指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法以ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为乙腈∶0.1%H3PO4+0.1%(C2H5)3N,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长215 nm;柱温30℃。结果用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离效果较好,达到指纹图谱要求。结论为更好地控制宁夏苦豆子的内在质量提供了可靠的分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a fingerprint analysis method of roots of Sophora alopecuroides L.Methods The fingerprint was performed by HPLC.ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used;the mobile phase was composed of CH3CN,0.1%H3PO4 and 0.1%(C2H5)3N with gradient elution;flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1;the detection wavelength was 215 nm;the column temperature was 30℃.
