【摘要】 目的研究布瑞宁注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将56例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,治疗组在传统治疗的基础上加用布瑞宁注射液,对照组予以传统治疗。结果经治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为89.29%(25/28)%和57.14%(16/28),差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组血液流变学值较治疗前均有明显改善,但治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组相比,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组未发现不良反应。结论布瑞宁注射液治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭、降低血液黏稠度、改善血液流变学值疗效确切,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical treatment effects of Puerarine Injection on the patients of chronic cardiopulmonary disease with heart failure.MethodsThe 56 patients of chronic cardiopulmonary disease with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 patients in each group.Based on classic treatment,the former added with Puerarine Injection and the latter only with classic treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and control groups were 89.29%(25/28) and 57.14%(16/28)respectively,there was statistical difference(P<0.05) between the two groups;the values of hemorheology had remarkable amelioration,the treatment effects of treatment group were superior to those of control group,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group no side effects were present.Conclusion There is an obviovs therapeutic effect of Puerarine Injection in treating chronic Cardiopulmonary disease with heart failure.更多还原
