【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the extraction process for catalpol from the leaves of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,the best process was selected.MethodsUsing the L8(2)7 orthogonal table.ResultsThe extraction method had a significant effect on the extractive rate.ConclusionThe best extraction process is A1 B2 C2 D2,namely,the water is used as solution,adding water,extracting 2 times,1h for each time.更多还原
