【Abstract】 Over the 28 years since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the culture of the city has been developing extraordinarily along with the rapid development of its economy so that a brand-new urban image of culture has been modeled and a historical change has come true from the so-called"desert of culture" to a bona-fide"oasis of culture". The basic reason for this change is that the ideas of its cultural development are both in line with Shenzhen’s reality and are featured with their fore-sight and innovative sense as they keep up-dated by going along with the times so that a new route of the cultural development of a newly-booming city in the Special Economic Zone has been blazed. Reviewing of and reflections on the historical evolution of the ideas of Shenzhen’s cultural development are beneficial to our in-depth understanding of the function of innovating and the role of cultural example-setting in this zone of Shenzhen.更多还原
