【Abstract】 This paper,in view of the problems our country faces in the guardianship of adult,tries to bring into the focus on the problems existed in the social background and China’s current legal provisions and related issues.Based on it,the writer comes to the conclusion of the necessity of the reform.And then,by way of introducing the background of Mental Capacity Act of England and the content of the lasting power of attorney,the writer puts up some suggestions for the reform.更多还原
