【摘要】 高职教育和中职教育的教育类型和培养的人才类型相同,都属于职业教育并培养技能型人才,但由于其层次不同故而人才培养必然存在差异。两者的差异主要表现在高职教育具有人才培养起点高、规格高、"双证书"层次高以及高职生具有就业岗位宽、社会期望值高、发展后劲足等方面。分析两者的差异性可促进职业教育人才培养规格的准确定位,利于培养出社会期望的职业层次的技能型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education and secondary vocational education are of the same education type and both of them shoulder the responsibility of training skilled personnel.However,their different standing in the stages of vocational education results in different training.The main differences between the two types of education are as the followings: higher vocational education cultivates the students with higher requirements,higher standards and higher leveled "double diplomas".Students,with higher vocational education backgrounds,are capable of seeking a broader range of jobs,having higher prospective of the society.Analyzing the differences between the two kinds of education can help us make a correct orientation to personnel training in vocational education,and be propitious to cultivating skilled personnel of different levels with social approvals.更多还原
