【摘要】 目的为更加直观地反映出上海市医疗机构消毒卫生工作质量,分析其影响因素,为监督管理提供依据。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》的规定,2006年、2007年分别对上海市89家、187家医疗机构的消毒卫生状况进行监督抽检,并对抽检结果进行比较分析。结果2007年医疗机构诊疗场所环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中的消毒剂的细菌指标合格率分别为83.4%、97.7%、92.8%、99.1%,使用中的消毒剂的有效浓度检测合格率为97%,与2006年的抽检结果基本一致。结论医疗机构消毒卫生状况总体情况较好,但也存在着空气细菌超标、医护人员手细菌超标。需要进一步强化对医疗机构消毒隔离措施落实情况的监督管理、提高医护人员的消毒卫生意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disinfection effects in medical institutions in Shanghai.Methods Totally 89 and 187 medical institutions were supervised and examined in 2006 and 2007 respectively according to the requirement of Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals.Results The results showed that the qualified rates of atmosphere,surface of objects,hands of medical professionals,and bacterial indicators in disinfectants in use in 2007 were 83.4%,97.7%,92.8%,and 99.1% respectively.The qualified rate of disinfector concentration was 97% in 2007.There was no significant difference between 2006 and 2007 in terms of the qualified rate.Conclusions In some medical institutions,the number of bacteria in the air and hands of medical professionals exceeded the standard seriously.It is necessary to strengthen supervision and management for urging the medical institutions to carry out the management measures regarding disinfection and to normalize the medical professionals’ disinfection and isolation behaviors.更多还原
