赣榆县胃癌流行危险因素病例对照研究

【摘要】 目的探讨赣榆县胃癌有关危险因素及保护因素。方法对新发胃癌病例及其健康对照者开展相关因素调查,应用非条件Logistic回归对相关危险和保护因素进行分析。结果胃癌的主要危险因素为住地有污染(OR=1.97),进食咸(OR=1.45)、进食热烫(OR=1.82)、吃饭不按时(OR=1.28),无遮盖存粮(OR=1.29)、粮食有霉变可能(OR=1.45),经常吸烟(OR=1.28)、吸烟部位深(OR=1.34)、家庭成员吸烟(OR=1.35)、工作场所被动吸烟(OR=1.54),经常饮酒(OR=1.14),饮烫茶(OR=1.72),性格抑郁(OR=1.67),有癌症家族史(OR=1.96);主要保护因素为经常生吃大蒜(OR=0.85)、清晨饮茶(OR=0.67)。结论本次研究所发现的有关结果可以为赣榆县胃癌的防治工作提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors and protective factors of stomach cancer in Ganyu County.Methods Epidemiological factors of new cases of stomach cancer and healthy controls were investigated,and non-conditional Logistic regression method was used to identify associated risk and protective factors.Results The main risk factors of stomach cancer were residence pollution(OR=1.97),the habit of heavy taste(OR=1.45),the habit of eating hot food(OR=1.82),the habit of not eating on time(OR=1.28),storing grains without cover(OR=1.29),eating moldy grains(OR=1.45),regular smoking(OR=1.28),smoking deeply(OR=1.34),passive smoking in family(OR=1.35) or workplace(OR=1.54),regular drinking(OR=1.14),drinking hot tea(OR=1.72),depressive personality(OR=1.67),and family history of cancer(OR=1.96).The main protective factors were regularly eating raw garlic(OR=0.85),and drinking tea in the early morning(OR=0.67).Conclusion The results of this research could be applied in stomach cancer prevention activities in Ganyu County.
