【摘要】 目的了解东莞市婴儿接种乙肝疫苗的免疫效果,评价防治效果,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段随机抽样方法,抽取东莞市五个镇981名一周岁内按国家免疫规划程序接种完3针5μg乙肝疫苗的婴儿作为监测对象,进行乙肝标志物血清学监测。结果981名监测对象中,抗-HBs阳转率达97.04%(952/981);HBsAg携带率为0.41%(4/981);母婴传播阻断保护率为93.83%;母亲HBsAg阴性婴儿的抗-HBs阳转率和GMT均高于母亲HBsAg阳性的婴儿,两者差异有显著性意义;而第1针及时接种与否、性别和出生体重间抗-HBs阳转率差异无统计学意义。结论东莞市婴儿按国家免疫规划程序接种完3针5μg乙肝疫苗抗-HBs阳转率达到较高水平,母亲HBsAg携带状况是婴儿乙肝疫苗抗-HBs阳转率和抗体滴度的主要影响因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the immunization effect in infants who had vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine in Dongwan,and to provide a foundation for making prevention and control policy.Methods Multi-stage random sampling method was used and 981 infants aged < 1-year received 5μg hepatitis B vaccine 3 times regularly were sampled from 5 towns in Dongwan.The serum HBV markers were tested by RIA.Results The positive rates of anti-HBs and HBsAg were 97.04%(952/981) and 0.41%(4/981) respectively in these 981 infants,and the successful rate of mother-to-infant transmission interruption was 93.83%.Both the anti-HBs positive rate and the geometric mean titer of the infant whose mother’s HBsAg was negative were higher than those of the infant whose mother’s HBsAg were positive,and the differences were statistically significant.But there was no statistical significant difference between the first vaccination in time and not,so were between the boys and girls or low birth body weight and natural birth body weight infants.Conclusions High sero-transition rate in infants who have been injected three times with 5μg hepatitis B vaccine in time are observed in Dongwan,and mother with positive HBsAg is the one of the most important factors to affect the positive rate and the level of infant’s anti-HBs.更多还原
