【摘要】 目的通过对9240例肛肠疾病病谱分析,探讨肛肠疾病发病规律。方法采用现况研究方式,将2003年1月-2007年12月肛肠门诊接诊肛肠疾病患者检诊情况,按不同年龄、不同性别进行分类归总,分析总发病病谱和各人群病谱。结果共检出各类肛肠疾病34种,不同人群肛肠疾病病谱有一定差异。结论对肛肠疾病病谱分析,能指导临床医生加深对不同人群肛肠疾病发生率的认识,对各类人群肛肠疾病的预防和治疗有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the occurrence regularity of anorectal disease by analyzing the disease spectrum in 9,240 patients.Methods:In the prevalence study,the patients who were inflicted with anorectal diseases and visited our clinics between January 2003 to December 2007 were classified and generalized according to age and sex.The disease spectra of gross population and subpopulation were analyzed.Results:Thirty-four kinds of anorectal diseases were detected.The disease spectra of various subpopulations showed differences.Conclusions:Analysis of anorectal disease spectrum can strengthen the understanding of clinicians to various anorectal diseases and provide guidance to the prevention and treatment of anorectal diseases in various population.更多还原
