【摘要】 目的评估XE-2100全自动血液分析仪对异常白细胞报警的可信度。方法对105例XE-2100全自动血液分析仪有异常白细胞提示的标本及200例无异常细胞报警的标本进行手工推片、瑞氏染色镜检。结果XE-2100全自动血液分析仪对异常细胞报警的灵敏度为100%,特异性为85.1%,阳性预测值为66.7%,阴性预测值为100%。结论XE-2100全自动血液分析仪作为异常细胞的初筛工具,其灵敏度极高,仍不能完全代替手工镜检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability of white blood cell morphologic abnormalities warnings of system XE-2100 hematology analyzer.Method Manual stained differentiation was performed on 200 normal morphology samples and 105 abnormal morphology samples.Results The analyzer test showed that the sensitivity and the specificity were 100% and 85.1% for abnormal morphology,with the positive predictive value of 66.7% and the negative predictive value of 100%.Conclusions The system XE-2100 hematology analyzer has good primary screening ability and higher sensitivity,but it cannot completely take place of manual microscopic examination.更多还原
