【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺囊肿的诊断措施与腹腔镜的治疗经验。方法对3例B超、MRI诊断为前列腺囊肿的患者行腹腔镜下囊肿切除术。结果手术时间100～150min,出血约30～50ml,术后皮管引流2d,留置导尿管l～2周。所有患者随访3个月～1年,无尿路刺激症状,无排尿困难,阴茎勃起与射精正常。结论当囊肿靠近尿道及膀胱颈的后方时,腹腔镜切除囊肿具有组织显露清楚、不易损伤盆腔组织、创伤小、出血少等优点,是治疗此类前列腺囊肿的最佳途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of prostatic utricle cyst.Methods Three cases of prostatic utricle cyst were diagnosed by sonography or MRI.Laparoscopic excision of a prostatic utricle was applied in the 3 patients.Results The duration of laparoscopic excision of a prostatic utricle was 100～l50min and intraoperative bleeding was 30～50ml.During the follow-up of 3～12 months,3 cases were treated successfully and had normal erection of penis and ejaculation.Conclusions Laparoscopic excision of a prostatic utricle should be chosen for prostatic utricle cyst behind prostatic urethra because of safe,effective,mini-invasion,fewer complications and rapid recovery.更多还原
