上海地区224例新发现艾滋病毒抗体阳性者首次CD4淋巴细胞、病毒载量检测分析
Analysis on CD4 Lymphocytes and Viral Load of First Identified 224 Cases of HIV/AIDS in Shanghai
【摘要】 目的了解主动检测在发现艾滋病(HIV)抗体阳性者中的作用。方法检测CD4和病毒载量。结果有25.89%CD4淋巴细胞低于200个/mm3,有24.11%病毒载量高于50000copies/ml。结论加强宣传,使有高危行为者尽早主动检测,早发现早治疗,可延长发病期。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of 224 cases of HIV-infected individuals first identified in Shanghai.Methods The flow cytometry was used to measure CD4/CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio.Viral load was detected by the method of Easy Q NASBA.Results 25.89% of individuals infected with HIV had baseline CD4 T cell counts < 200 cells/mm3,and 24.11% of them had viral load > 50,000 copies/ml.Conclusions Propaganda of knowledge,early diagnosis and therapy of high-risk behavior population can make stage of AIDS longer.
