【摘要】 目的:探讨血球计数仪检测血小板减低的原因。方法:对我院2007年1月至12月560例血常规检查血小板结果减低的病人标本作配对t检验。结果:146例标本用血球计数仪和显微镜计数法所测得结果较一致P>0.05,差异无显著性。414例标本用两种方法测得结果相差较大,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:用两种方法测得血小板结果相差较大的多为血小板假性减低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes why platelet decreased in tests by blood cell counter.Methods Match and compare 560 samples collected in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2007,in which platelet decreased in blood routine inspection.Results The results of 146 cases tested by blood cell counter and microscope counting method quite agreed (P>0. 05),while the results of 414 cases tested in the same way quite disagreed (P<0.01).Conclusion That platelet decreased in the results which quite disagreed with each other is mostly not true.更多还原
