【摘要】 目的:探讨瘢痕子宫中期妊娠依沙吖啶联合米非司酮引产中产程观察及特殊护理方法。方法:依沙吖啶联合米非司酮用于中期妊娠引产,严密监测产程,对瘢痕子宫孕妇加强心理、身体护理,建立和谐的护患关系,帮助患者消除顾虑,树立安全、成功引产的信心。比较瘢痕子宫孕妇(观察组)与非瘢痕子宫孕妇(对照组)引产时间、产程、出血量。结果:两组引产孕妇以上指标差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依沙吖啶联合米非司酮用于终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产安全、有效;加强心理、身体护理,密切监测产程是保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the birth process observation and special nursing of ethacridine induced abortion on the cicatrical uterus of midtrimester. Methods By way of ethacridine combine mifepristone for the induced abortion of midtrimester, strengthen the psychological and physical care of the cicatrical uterus gravida, monitor labor closely, established a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, and helped patients to eliminate concerns, establish a safe and successful confidence on induction. Compare the time of induction, labor, the volume of blood between scar uterus gravida (observe group) and normal gravida (control group). Results The above index between the two sets induced abortion gravida had no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion ethacridine combine mifepristone for the midtrimester induction of cicatrical uterus is safe and effective. monitor the labor closely, strengthen psychological and physical care and is the warranty.更多还原
