【摘要】 目的:探讨极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的一种微创治疗方法。方法:运用椎间盘镜技术通过C臂机定位后行小切口治疗极外侧椎间盘突出症,从神经根管外口逆行打开根管不切除或少量切除椎板,完成髓核的摘除,神经根的松解。结果:运用椎间盘镜治疗极外侧椎间盘突出症随访2a,术后神经根压迫症状明显改善,均能恢复正常的日常生活。结论:运用椎间盘镜治疗极外侧椎间盘突出症同样可以达到彻底减压,术后患者疼痛缓解明显,同时它具有手术创伤小,不累及椎管,对脊柱的稳定性没有明显的破坏,和常规手术相比具有一定的优势。更多还原
