【摘要】 目的:探讨双腔气囊导尿管适宜的注水方法。方法:选择从2007年1月至2007年12月在我院普外科住院需用双腔气囊导尿管导尿的400例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各200例。对照组采用常规注水方法,实验组采用导尿管插入膀胱后先注水5ml向外轻拉尿管使气囊部分贴于尿道内口上方,再注入余量水,两组均以有无出现漏尿为判断指标。结果:对照组尿液渗漏者有80例,实验组尿液渗漏者有15例,两种注水方法经统计学处理有显著差异(χ2=50.47,P<0.01)。结论:实验组采用的注水方法降低了漏尿现象,在临床工作中值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of method of water infused on double balloon-catheter.Methods Select four hundred patients in our hospital from Jan.2007 to Dec.2007 who were in dwelled catheter were divided randomly into observation group and control group,every group have two hundred patients The observation group use normal water infused method,while the control group draw the catheter to made the gasbag close to urethra when inject about 5 ml water,then inject the left water.Those two groups all determined with urethral.Results There was significant difference between two groups.(χ2=50.47 P<0.01).Conclusion The injection method of control group protect the urethral.更多还原
