【摘要】 目的:总结胸部外伤及多发伤诊治经验。方法:回顾分析1999年6月至2007年6月我院收治的200例胸部外伤及多发伤的临床资料。结果:全组患者均获及时治疗,治愈196例,死亡4例,早期死亡主要原因为原发损伤过重直接导致呼吸循环衰弱。后期主要死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论:重视危险因素,有效控制休克保护脏器功能,及时处理多发伤是防治多脏器功能衰竭减少死亡的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of thoracic injuries with multiple traumas.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 200 patients with thoracic injuries combined with multiple traumas from June 1999 to June 2007.Total 200 patientswere included this study,where in 58 patients with brain injury,54 patients with abdominal injury,7 patients with pelvic and limbs injury and 32 patients with more than two parts of injuries.The average injury severity score ISS was 14.54±5.35.Results Twentyone patients underwent emergency thoracotomywhile 132 patients underwent operation for multiple traumas.In the group,196 patients survived and 4 patients died with the mortality at 2%.Conclusion Patients with thoracic injuries with multiple traumas are more severe.The pathogenesis of each injured part may interfere with clinical practice.Treatment should be concentrated on thoracic injury as well as associated traumas.更多还原
