【摘要】 目的:探索大肠癌结肠造口术后患者性生活的调查方法与技巧,以提供更好的解决问题的方法和可能性。方法:采用自设调查问卷,调查60例31岁以上有性生活史并行结肠造口术的成年人。结果:关于性生活话题,住院期间,92%的患者认为难以启齿,而选择填表的方式回答问题;出院后91%的患者愿意与医务人员合作,85%的人选择面谈方式。结论:只要有合适的环境、方法及技巧,患者愿意与医务人员谈论性生活问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the skill and survey methods about sexual life for rectal carcinoma patients after colostomy,provide more better chance for offering possibility and motheds for solving above-mentioned problems.Methods Self-administered questionnaire survey was used and 60 cases who had eroticism history aged 31 and older were interviewed after colostomy.Results On the topic of sexual life,92% of the patients had a bone in their throat,and choose the mode of logging list to answer the questions during hospitalization ;91%of the patients were willing to talk about it with medical workers and 85% of the patients could choice to have an interview with medical staff.Conclusion Patients were willing to talk about the questions of sexual life with medical staff as long as there were suitable environment 、method and skill.更多还原
