【摘要】 目的:提高小脑肿瘤的MRI诊断准确率。方法:对100例经手术病理证实的小脑肿瘤病例MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果:100例病人中,髓母细胞瘤31例,脑转移瘤27例,星形细胞瘤30例,血管网织细胞瘤12例。结论:发病年龄以及部位、病灶形态等征像对病变的鉴别诊断具有一定价值,MRI对小脑肿瘤的鉴别诊断有较高的指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve MRI diagnostic accuracy of tumors in cerebellum. Methods MRI findings of tumors in cerebellum identified through surgical operation and pathological examination in 100 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 31 cases with medulloblastoma,27 cases of metastatic tumors,30 cases of astrocytoma,12 cases of angioreticuloma.Conclusion The patients’age,location,shape and enhancemeng findings of lesion carried a certain value for the making of the differential diagnosis. MRI has high value for differential diagnosis of tumors in cerebellum.更多还原
