【摘要】 目的:探索中医辨病辨证相结合治疗痤疮的有效方法。方法:将107例确诊的痤疮患者随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组。中药治疗组采用辨病辨证相结合的方法,运用痤疮饮加减进行治疗,西药对照组采用罗红霉素和西咪替丁治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连用4个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:中药组总有效率91.79%,西医组总有效率72.3%。经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨病辨证相结合治疗痤疮可以取得较为满意的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective method in acne treatment by means of combination of diseases differentia- tion and syndromes differentiation.Methods 107 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group (60 patients) and west medicine (WM) group (47 patients).The TCM group was treated with Acne Decoction which could be added some Chinese herbs according to the result of syndromes differentiation.The WM group was treated with rox- ithromycin and cimetidine.A therapeutic course for two groups is seven days.The effect was evaluated after four therapeutic courses.Results The total effective rate was 91.7% in TCM group and that 72.3% in WM group.Significant difference was obtained through analysis of statistics between the total effective rates of two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation in ache treatment could acquire satisfactory clinical effect.更多还原
