【摘要】 目的:探讨简易胃肠气钡双对比检查对胃食管返流病的诊断价值。方法:116例患者均行简易胃肠气钡双对比(指口服硫酸钡混悬液和产气剂但未肌肉注射654-2等低张药物)检查,并且均有程度不同的反酸、反食、烧心或者咽部不适等临床症状,根据返流量的多少和出现返流的阶段分为轻度、中度和重度。结果:轻度返流15例,中度返流38例,重度返流63例。诊断返流性食管炎24例。结论:简易气钡双对比检查,方法简便,对胃食管返流病的诊断特异性高。服用产气剂可明显提高胃食管返流病的检出率,为临床的诊治提供重要的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the diagnostic evaluation of simple and easy gastrointestinal double contrast examination of air and barium to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods with administration of simple and easy gastrointestinal double contrast examination (only with resuspended barium sulfate and aerogenie agent orally but not hypotonie drugs as well as Anisodamine (654-2)),all of the 116 patients have different degrees of clinical manifestations like regurgitation,heartburn and indisposition of pharyngis that are classified into three levels (mild,moderate and severe) according to the volume and phase of the reflux.Results 15,38 and 63 patients were diagnosed with mild,moderate and severe reflux,respectively,and 24 patients with reflux esophagitis.Conclusion simple and easy double contrast barium meal examination with its convenient manipulation has a high diagnostic specificity.The administration of aerogenie agent can dramatically improve the detection rate of GERD,providing significant reference to clinical diagnosis.更多还原
