【摘要】 本文对我院2003年3月至2007年6月期间健康查体人员4650例检测了血清TSGF,阳性(TSGF含量>71U/ml)28例,阳性率0.6%,0.5a内确诊恶性肿瘤患者8例,提示TSGF检测具有广谱、敏感性的特点,对多种恶性肿瘤的早期诊断具有一定的帮助,通过对健康人群癌症普查,能及早发现癌症,使患者及早得到治疗,延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have tested tumor specific grouth factor(TSGF) in 4 650 health check staff from 2003.3 to 2007.6.28cases positive (TSGF>71 U/ml in serum),Positive ratio 0.6%.8cases have been diagnosed malignant tumor with in 6 months.It suggest that the TSGF in serum with a broad spectrum at detection and sensitivity characteristics for a variety of malignant tumor in the early dicognosis.Used in healthy croud at cancer screenings.Cancer can be detected early.Patients in the early treatment and prolong survical time.更多还原
