【摘要】 目的:研究糖尿病视神经病变的发生、发展。方法:对确诊为糖尿病的237例患者,行眼底荧光血管造影检查、VEP及视野检查,对其视神经病变情况进行分析。结果:237例糖尿病患者474只眼中有198只眼(41.8%)发生糖尿病视神经病变,其病变发生率与病程长短有关,与糖尿病视网膜病变程度不成比例。结论:糖尿病性视神经病变发生率高,是影响视力和临床预后的重要因素,眼底荧光造影是诊断该病的主要方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the genesis and the development of diabetes optic neuropathy.Methods 237 patients finally diagnosed diabetes were examined by fluorescence fundus angiography,VEP and examination of visual field;perimetry,the information of the optic neuropathy were analyzed.Results 198 eyes(41.8%) in 474 eyes of 237 patients take place diabetes optic neuropathy,the incidence rate concerned with the course of disease,not concerned with the degree of diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion The incidence rate of diabetes optic neuropathy is high,the diabetes optic neuropathy is the important factor to influence the vision and the clinical prognosis,fluorescence fundus angiography is one of the major method to diagnose the disease.更多还原
