【摘要】 目的:探讨非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于死胎中期引产置阴道后穹窿与口服用药效果的临床观察研究。方法:对1999年3月至2007年3月中随机抽取126例死胎引产的观察与比较,各占63例。结果:63例将米索前列醇置阴道后穹窿组效果比口服好。结论:米索前列醇置阴道后穹窿引产时操作简单易行,安全可靠,效果满意,更适合在基层地区应用,值得推广。更多还原
