【摘要】 目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者血脂和血液流变学指标的改变。方法:应用血粘度仪测定112例老年脑梗死患者和60例健康老年人的全血粘度、血浆粘度;免疫比浊法测定纤维蛋白原;魏氏法测定血沉;离心法测定压积;酶法测定甘油三酯和胆固醇。结果:男性脑梗死患者30(1/s)、200(1/s)切变率下的全血粘度、压积与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),全血粘度[在1(1/s)、5(1/s)下]、纤维蛋白原、血沉、甘油三酯、血浆粘度和胆固醇显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);老年女性患者的全血粘度、压积与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),纤维蛋白原、血沉、甘油三酯、血浆粘度和胆固醇显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年脑梗死患者均出现血脂升高;血液流变学检测结果显示男性患者符合部分高粘滞综合征指标,女性患者与健康老人相比变化不大,表明随着年龄增长压积降低,老年脑梗死患者和健康老人血液流变学指标差异缩小,血液流变学检测对老年脑梗死患者的诊断、治疗的价值有待进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observed blood lipid and hemorheology changes between old cerebral infarction patients and old health people.Methods Blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were measured by blood viscometer in 112 old cerebral infarctionpatients and in 60 health control.fgh was measured by immunoturbidmetric method.SR was measured by Westergrentest.Hct was measured by Wintrobe test.TG and TCH were measured by enzymatic method.Results The levels of plasma viscosity、blood viscosity(at 1(1/s)、5(1/s))、fgh、SR、TG、TCH in old malecerebral infarction patients were significant higher than thosein controls(P<0.05),there were no significant difference in the levels of blood viscosity[at 30(1/s)、200(1/s)]、Hct between the two groups(P>0.05);The levels of plasma viscosity、fgh、SR、TG、TCH in old female cerebral infarction patients were significant higher than thosein controls(P<0.05),there were no significant difference in the levels of blood viscosity[at 1(1/s)、5(1/s)、30(1/s)、200(1/s)]、Hct between the two groups.Conclusion There was obvious hyperlipemiain old cerebral infarctionpatients;Itindicated that hemorheology changes in old malecerebral infarction patients met the criteria of hyperviscosity syndrome but there was few changes in female patients.differences inhemorheology between old cerebral infarctionpatients and health peoplebecameless with the decreasing of Hctwithages.The value for the hemorheology test in the diagnosis and treatment of old cerebral infarction patients should be discussed in the future.更多还原
