【摘要】 目的:探讨肘关节斜位投照在肘关节外伤的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析肘关节外伤26例,常规正侧位片可疑骨折或有明显症状而未见骨折者均加照肘关节侧斜位,部分同时加照正斜位。结果:26例肘关节外伤患者,均得到了明确的肯定或否定性诊断。结论:肘关节斜位投照,是对临床高度怀疑肘关节骨折而常规体位投照未能确诊的病人加照时首选的投照体位,明显提高了肘关节骨折的检出率,是肘关节标准正侧位和被动体位投照的重要补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical values of the elbow joint radiography in oblique projections in patients with elbow joint injury.Methods To study retrospectively 26 patiets with elbow joint injury,who were performed additionally elbow joint lateral-oblique projection,partly anterior-oblique projection while fracture was questionable or no signs of fracture in standard elbow radiography in patients with marked symptoms of injury.Rusults Definite diagnoses were made in all 26 patients with the help of the elbow joint radiography in oblique projections.Conclusion The oblique view of elbow joint radiography is the first choice when definite diagnosis couldn’t be made with standard elbow radiography while there is strongly suggestion of elbow joint fracture in patients with elbow joint injury.It could improve the identification of elbow fracture and be important complementary imaging of elbow examination.更多还原
