【摘要】 目的对近年来Bcl-2蛋白小分子抑制剂的研究进展作以综述。方法根据近期对Bcl-2蛋白小分子抑制剂的21篇相关文献进行整理和归纳。结果和结论Bcl-2蛋白是很有开发潜力的靶点,依据此靶点而设计出的Bcl-2蛋白小分子抑制剂,可以消除或减弱癌细胞对凋亡的耐药性,有望成为新一代抗癌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the progress in the research of small-molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 proteins in recent years.Methods Twenty-one related papers on small-molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 proteins were consulted and classified.Results and Conclusions Bcl-2 is a promising molecular target for the design of small-molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 proteins which can overcome resistance of cancer cells to apoptosis.更多还原
