一种快速从细菌中筛选抗真菌活性物质产生菌的平板筛选方法
A rapid plate method for screening antifungal substance-producing bacteria
【摘要】 目的考察从细菌中筛选抗真菌活性物质产生菌的方法,为筛选抗真菌类抗生素奠定基础。方法结合管碟法及异步培养法的优点,采用改良的Kekessy方法,从3685株细菌中筛选抗真菌活性物质产生菌。结果筛选出28株抗真菌活性物质产生菌。结论改良的Kekessy方法可快速有效地从细菌中筛选出抗真菌活性物质产生菌,适合于实验室使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for screening antifungal substance-producing bacteria,and lay the foundations of screening antifungal antibiotics.Methods Combined with the advances of cup-plate method and differential step cultivation method,the improved screening method from Kekessy was used to screen the antifungal substance-producing bacteria from 3685 strains.Results Twenty-eight strains with anti Candida albicans 312 activity were screened from 3685 strains.Conclusions By using the improved screening method,the antifungal substance-producing bacteria could be screened efficiently and rapidly.The method is adapted to be used in laboratory.
