【摘要】 目的研究萝科鹅绒藤属植物合掌消(Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb.et Zucc.)的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从合掌消中分离得到5个已知成分,分别鉴定为descurainin(1)、saropeptate(2)、丁香脂素(3)、(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopy-ranoside(4)和正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(5)。结论化合物1-5均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb.et Zucc.Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.Results Five compounds were isolated from Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb.et Zucc.,whose structures were determined as descurainin(1),saropeptate(2),(+)-syringaresinol(3),(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4) and n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(5).Conclusions Compounds 1-5 were isolated from Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb.et Zucc.for the first time.更多还原
