64层VCT正常内耳骨迷路三维成像参数的探讨
Optimization on the parameters of 64 slice VCT of osseous labyrinth in normal inner ear
【摘要】 目的探讨内耳骨迷路64层VCT三维重建的最佳成像参数。方法60例无耳部病变的受检者,采用64层VCT薄层(0.625mm)螺旋扫描,比较不同螺距(0.516,0.531,0.969)、重建算法(骨重建++、边缘算法、骨算法、细节算法和标准算法)和重建间隔(0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3mm,0.4mm和0.5mm)对表面遮盖显示法(SSD)三维重建图像质量的影响,制订了图像质量评分标准作为比较的半定量指标。结果内耳骨迷路64层VCT三维重建对锤砧骨关节、镫骨头、外骨半规管、前骨半规管、后骨半规管、前庭、前庭窗、耳蜗、蜗窗、内耳道均可显示。随着螺距值增大图像质量降低(P<0.001),而螺距0.516与0.531的图像质量无显著差异;骨重建++(加强骨重建Boneplus)的图像质量优于边缘算法(Edge)、骨算法(Bone)、细节算法(Detail)和标准算法(Std);重建间隔越小图像质量越好,但不必过分追求太薄的重建间隔。结论内耳骨迷路64层VCT三维重建的最佳成像参数是:层厚0.625mm,螺距0.531,显示视野9.6cm,骨重建++,重建间隔0.3mm。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal parameters of 64 slice spiral VCT of osseous labyrinth in normal inner ear. Methods 3D spiral CT of osseous labyrinth were performed in 60 subjects without disease of the ear with the following imaging parameters:0.625 mm section thickness, 9.6 cm FOV, Pitch (0.516 , 0.531 , 0.969), algorithm (standard-resolution , Detail-resolution, bone-resolution, edge-resolution and bone plus ) , and reconstructed-interval (0.1 mm,0.2 mm,0.3 mm,0.4 mm and 0.5 mm) . The score criterion was worked out as a semi-quantitative index to assess imaging quality. Differences in imaging quality among those imaging parameters were compared. Results 3D CT could clearly demonstrate 3 semicircular canals, vestibule, cochlea and internal auditory meatus. Imaging quality of 3D CT was decreased with increase of pitch (P<0.001),There was no difference of imaging quality of between 0.516 and 0.531 in pitch; Detail-resolution, bone-resolution, edge-resolution did. The smaller reconstructed interval was, the better image quality was. But use of the thinner possible reconstructed interval was not necessary. Conclusion Optimal imaging parameters of 3D CT of osseous labyrinth are as the follows: section thickness,0.625 mm; Pitch, 0.531; FOV, 9.6 cm; algorithm, Bone plus edge-resolution; reconstructed-interval, 0.3 mm.
